You may have read about the new mouth rinses on the market. They work by neutralizing VLCs. That is the sulfer odor that causes bad breath. Mouth washes, as good as they are, tend to be a temporary solution. They mostly mask a problem. The active ingredient in the new popular mouthwash is chlorine dioxide. This actually neutralizes sulfer compounds. Most people do not need.

We have specialized appliances that help with elimination of bad breath. Medications are placed in the retainers along with use of chlorine dioxide mouth rinses, tongue rake, and professional cleanings with the hygienist your breath can be much fresher. To order over the internet or find out more about the appliance go to the Smile Shop.
